Hi all! Just wanted to post a quick update. I apologize for my lack of presence on here lately. School is drawing to a close for me and with that comes finals. I have about 2 weeks of school left so bear with me while I study for finals and complete projects and such. Rest assured I am still here and still working effortlessly on the website.
I have received my first batch of images from Libera's concert at the Arundel Cathedral courtesy of Wouter Krabbe. If you have any photos to share from any of Libera's concerts this year we would love to see them! Please email them to me and I will work on getting those uploaded. I have been receiving a plethora of emails from users regarding account issues. With the new 10.0 software, I completely restructured and redesigned the security interface enhancing stability, functionality, and security. When I upgraded the old security interface from the old 9.x software to the newly redesigned 10.x system, there were some conflicts upgrading some of the user data accounts for the forum, gallery, and Libera Fans Network. This conflict has made it so that users are unable to access the site or in rare cases have their account information deleted due to incompatibility or security conflicts from the 9.x to the 10.x system. Most if not all lost account information were and could still be recoverable.
I sincerely apologize for these issues and I am working hard on fixing it. If your account has been affected by this, please email me as soon as possible and let me know.

Quick update on Libera's new album:
Rumor has it that a simultaneous worldwide release of the new album is in the works in March of 2010. The new album is rumored to be a really good one, cannot wait to hear it myself!! Also, talk of another Japan tour is floating around sometime next year as well.
No further information on any of that, just rumors. Should more information arise, I will be sure to post it.

After much work and collaboration, most of the network and database issues have been resolved. All network websites should now be loading correctly and more quickly. As I'm sure a majority of you all noticed, the entire network went down the other day. The webhost that serves the Libera Dreams network encountered a huge server issue the other day and has been working to restore everything.
As of today, the server seems to back up, however stability issues are still present. Until these and other known issues get fixed, the network will be slow and unresponsive at times.
I am working really hard to get everything back online, even moving some parts of the network to our second server. Please bear with us as we try to resolve all this. If you encounter any errors or problems, please let me know. Please be sure to include where you encountered the error and what error message, if any, you received.

EMI has released a full track from Libera's newest album set for release under EMI Classics in March of 2010. I have added a video of the new track as well as information on a special download of the track.

The forum has received a new feature!! You can now embed YouTube videos onto the forum!! Visit the forum and read the new instructions to properly do this. This feature is running on BETA, further testing and modifications are still being conducted for the final system.
Also, the network has been experiencing some database issues lately. The network temporarily went down late last night for about 3 hours as the issues were looked into and corrected. Rest assured, the entire network is online and functioning and the errors should be corrected. Should further issues arise, we will be sure to look into it and get it fixed as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

Libera's first Philippine tour concluded yesterday with their final concert of their first tour in the country in Cebu last night. Overall, this was an amazing turn out for Libera, with their first concert selling out completely!! Thank you to all the fans who were able to attend and support Libera. After such a successful tour like this in the Philippines, you can be sure that the group will have plans of returning for another tour in the future.

Welcome to the new Libera Dreams 9.0!! We have successfully upgraded the network software as well as the site layout to the new 9.0 version!! With 9.0, we have expanded the network to accommodate the newly released services as well as preparing it for further expansion and the release of more new services!! Security and infrastructure systems have also been updated so the network is secure and stronger than ever!!

As a follow up to the last update, I do apologize that some news and information about concerts did not get posted beforehand. I have been busy with school and my personal life as well. I also had a small accident not too long ago which put me behind in school work for a little bit. I am fine, however I do put school before anything.

Great news!! Libera Dreams is now presenting videos in high definition!! Starting today, all videos will now be presented in widescreen high definition. As of right now, only 3 videos have been upgraded to the new widescreen and HD players, however I hope to have the rest of the videos upgraded soon. Simply look for the symbol next to each video to view them in widescreen HD!!
The integration of the new HD player has caused me to disable the new video rating system. I hope to have that re-enabled soon. Please let me know what you think!!

Just a small update. There is PLENTY of new news that needs to be posted as well as some upgrades to the website. Hello everyone, I just wanted to apologize for my virtual absence lately. School and family have been keeping me plenty busy lately and I have been tired almost every day since school restarted for me because of it. I try my very best to be online and update as much as I can, but sometimes I am just too tired and cannot do it. Rest assured I will always be here to keep you all u to date on Libera and I just wanted to thank you all for your continued support for Libera and Libera Dreams.

I am pleased to announce that Libera Dreams will soon be offering a free email service!! The new service has been in the planning and testing stages for the entire summer and is finally almost ready to officially launch. The service is currently in the final prepping stages but have decided to pause it and ask what you would like to see from this new service. I am asking that you please email me giving me feedback on this service, like what you would to see out of this service and maybe some features you would like from this as well. Once I get a general idea, I will try to integrate some of the suggestions and whatnot into the final product for official release.

The stats for the month of August have also been posted. New to the stats chart is our monthly disk space and bandwidth growth. On our new web host, we are given an additional 40GB of bandwidth and 2GB disk space per week so we will start including our amount of growth within the month.

As some of you have noticed earlier today, the main website went down for a few hours due to the network software failing. I have been having issues with the network software for the main website in the past few days and was fearing a failure, just was not sure if and when it would happen. Luckily the failure did not occur while I was at school or I would have never been able to catch it in time and the network would have completely failed. I have restored the software for this website but only temporarily. Thankfully no files or data were lost went it went down. I will be doing more work on the software in the coming days before school begins for me next Monday. I huge update will come for the software this weekend and will affect all network websites. At some point, network websites will go down this weekend while I integrate the new update. A report of the failure can be found on the forum.

I must apologize for the recent errors you may have seen on the website the other day. Those errors were caused by the network software. I have been having issues with the software lately and have been working to fully repair it. I have inputted patches and fixes to the software to temporarily stable it. Also, I am currently trying to gather more information about BBC's Songs of Praise's presence at Libera's concert last night. Once I gather enough credible information about this, I will be sure to post it here the second I receive it!!
UPDATE 11:15am US PST, 7:15pm local UK time: Just heard official news from BBC that the footage recorded at the concert Wednesday night is scheduled for broadcast on Sunday 25 January 2009. The footage will form part of a Songs of Praise programme on Libera. Unfortunately they have no plans to produce a DVD of the full concert. More info is still being gathered but thats all I got for now. Should I hear more I will post it the second I hear it.
I also heard from a source that Libera will be in Devon for a few days and are performing at Buckfast Abbey on Friday, although as far as I have been able to determine that will be a private event with no public access. Please note that this event is NOT confirmed and was only told to me by an anonymous source. Should I hear more I will post it.

Update 9:55am US PST, 5:55pm local time at Torquay, Devon: Just heard news that the BBC's Songs of Praise will be at Libera's concert at St. John's Church tonight. It appears that they will be doing a documentary on Libera. They will be filming the boys arrival, their rehearsal, and the concert although I am not sure if all of it will be filmed. There is also a notice up for anyone to talk with the BBC after the concert to give any views they might have. Release date for this is not yet known however someone did mention it could be for next year and it may be 30 minutes long. If I hear more details I will post it up!! Enjoy the concert!!

Just to clarify a few questions I have been asked about Libera's appearance on BBC One's Last Choir Standing on 27 July at 7:35pm: Libera is not competing, they will be doing a special performance on the show. Not sure exactly which song they will be singing and whether or not BBC America or other BBC international channels will air it. I will be working on obtaining a copy of their performance after they do perform and I will post it on my YouTube account as well as here on the website.

After a successful performance yesterday during the Concert of Hope, Libera raps up their first tour in the US. First off, I would like to thank Libera and their management for coming out and hosting concerts for US fans, we hope to have you all back here soon, hopefully on the West Coast next time. Second, I would like to thank the fans who attended the concerts. Thank you for supporting Libera and maybe even introducing new fans to their angelic voices.
I bid Libera farewell as they depart from the US and return home and get some much needed rest and probably return to school. Hope you all enjoyed your stay in America and we hope to see you all again soon!! I'm sure many of us will be attending your next concert at the Queen Elizabeth Hall!!

Libera will perform at Yankee Stadium during a mass held by the Pope this morning. The mass will be televised on EWTN and streamed on XM Satellite Radio.

Libera sang at the Riverside Church service of worship on Sunday 13 April. You can listen to their performance by visiting the church worship page here and click on listen on demand. Libera begin to sing 9 minutes 30 seconds into the service singing Hym to Beauty and When A Knight.

Advanced ticketing information for Libera's final concert during their US Tour 2008 at the Riverside Church has been added and can be read by visiting the Event Center.
Also, I have been receiving conflicting stories about Libera's performance at the Concert of Hope during The Pope's visit to the US on 20 April. As far as I know, some of the boys are to return to the UK on the 18th, so if this concert is still set, it would be like the Kennedy Center Honors where only 8 or 9 boys appeared and performed. I will keep you updated on the status of this event as more info comes in.

I have just been told that there are two different release dates for Libera's latest album 'New Dawn'. The European release is set for 3 March 2008 and all other non-European releases will not be until about 25 March 2008. This is something that is not confirmed as it is all up to EMI to decide on the final release dates for this album. Stick with Libera Dreams for the latest news on this.
It has come to my attention that there are a few of you who have seen on a PBS website about tickets to a Libera concert in the US for 8 April in Pennsylvania. I just got an email from a fan who pre-ordered a copy of Libera's newest album 'New Dawn' saying that the release date for that album has changed. A new estimated arrival date ranges between 13 March to 20 March 2008. I am not sure if this is a confirmed piece of information but if Amazon is being delayed then I am pretty sure it could be sure.
Libera's newest album is set for release in March. The title 'New Dawn' has been confirmed and the album will be hosting 14 tracks, which most of them are new tracks. I am trying to get the official complete track list from my sources.
The US tour may be rescheduled for the beginning of April but this has not been confirmed as of yet. I am trying to find out exactly when the tour will officially begin and the venues they will be performing in. Stay tuned for more news and info.

Libera's US tour, which was scheduled to begin February 15, is currently an almost certain no go. With venue confirmation issues and the current album release work in progress, the tour may be bumped to later this Spring. Please stay with Libera Dreams for more news and updates in the future.

Libera's US tour is, so far, set to begin February 15th. Venues and other concert dates have not yet been confirmed as of yet. Hey everyone. I know I promised you all a full update last weekend. I never got around to it. I have have been extremely busy the past 2 weeks because of the holiday season as well as school. This is my last week of school before our holiday break and right now, I am trying to balance school and last minute shopping into one week. Bear with me, I promise a full update this weekend.

I have updated the forum Anti-SPAM account script to run and delete inactive accouts every other day now. Starting tomorrow, all accounts that have not been activated will be deleted. If you ahve registered but have not yet activated your account, please do so now. If you never received the activation email, please email me with your name, username and email you used to sign up and I will manually activate it for you. But I am warning people now, activate your account or it will get deleted!!
I have installed a new system on the forum. This new script deletes all unactivated accounts every end of the week. This helps prevent SPAM accounts from being created. I am telling everyone now, if you have registered on the forum and have not yet activated your account, it will be deleted by Saturday. If you did not receive your account activation email, email me with your name, username on the forum and the email you used to sign up and I will manually activate your account.
I also have a lot of updates I still need to add. I am still working on a new news archiving system for the site and Libera news as well as the contest website. I am hoping to have this complete by this weekend.

The new layout has now been fully and officially integrated. Welcome to Libera Dreams version 6!!
There is still much to be done. I am working on a new news archive system where it will hold all news and updates posted here. I am also working on a new content management system to better keep the site together and make it easier to update. I am also in the process of finalizing the new contest website design. I am hoping to have it online by the beginning of this week and hold the first contest before the end of the week.

New layout!! I hope everyone enjoys this one. I was able to integrate the snow effects on this new layout. I only had time to change the main coding, I didnt get the chance to change the style sheets yet. I will be doing that later today. I will also be working on a new splash page.
Also, after a long discussion with my co-web, I am now working on a new project for the site. Soon, Libera Dreams will be having monthly contests. Stay tuned for more info on this. As always, please tell me what you think on the new layout. I will complete it by the end of today.
